Argus C-3 Range Finder 35mm Film Camera f/3.5 50mm Argus Cintar Lens Flash & Case. Previously owned. This vintage camera and flash unit are in very good cosmetic condition. The flash gun looks very slightly out-of-round at the top, and there are a couple of scuffs marks on the flash gun handle (bulbs and two “C” photoflash batteries not included). Both camera and flash gun are untested. The case’s strap is frayed and broken off on one end. Otherwise the case is in very good shape. Please see all photos, and below for description. The Argus C3 was a rangefinder camera mass-produced from 1939 to 1966 by Argus in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States. Due to its shape, size, and weight, it is commonly referred to as “The Brick” by photographers. Color is black and silver. Measurements are: 2 5/8″ tall x 5 1/8″ long x 1 3/4″ wide, and weighs 1 lb 10 oz. Items included:Argus C-3 Range Finder 35mm Film Camera. f/3.5 50mm Argus Coated Cintar Lens (removable). Argus Flash Gun (requires two “C” photoflash batteries (not included), bulbs also are not included.
