They have all been recently serviced by my Tech Friend Tom who made them all work well and cleaned all the controls so they will work well into the future for you.************************************************************************************************ Exceptional 1975 Silver Panasonic TR-005 “Flying Saucer” Tabletop Television- Serviced Here is a real groovy time warp “Space Helmet” piece that you’ll find on the cover of Bunis “Collectable Transistor Televisions”- listed at $800+ 20+ years ago. This has many nicknames like : ”The EYE”, “SPUTNIK”, and “THE ORBITAL TV”. Wonderful set from the space age. Ten times rarer than the Videospheres!! This 13″ x 12” x 10” Cabinet is in great condition with just one hairline at the top left of the cabinet. It swivels on the chrome tripod base. Tom cleaned the controls on the TV and it works excellent. He also attached a new coax matching transformer to the antenna input for easy connection. It could use a light cleaning, but I’ll leave that up to you. These working “Flying Saucer” sets are impossible to find. Don’t let this classic from the Space Race get away.********************************************************************************************* Classic Television Statement: These old nondigital sets are not “Plug & Play” with your cable setup or TV antenna.
